Mobile Service Platform & Dispatch
Barclay Field Service Technicians are equipped with wireless Tablets utilizing MSP, a Mobile Service Platform to view client equipment service history, diagnose and repair all brands of lift truck equipment. Clients are sent the details of every service repair or maintenance performed via e-mail and can request multiple copies sent to different contacts.
To assure quick service response time, field service vans are equipped with GPS and we utilize a special computerized dispatching software to match available Technicians that are qualified for specific equipment to a client’s site.
Training & On-line Access
Our technicians are rigorously trained on current materials handling technologies. From diagnosing faults in your forklifts using wireless tablets to instantly looking up spare part numbers online, everything is seamless and quick in the field. Thanks to our online service manual database, technicians are able to access all the vital information they need to service and repair forklifts.

Our dispatcher will be notified of your request and will return your call promptly. They will assess your situation and arrange for a technician to be dispatched to your location. A 4-Hour Minimum charge applies.
