- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Mechanical/engineering knowledge or entrepreneurial background is a big plus

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.
- Process Weekly and Bi-weekly Payroll using ADP Workforce.
- Handle Journal Entry posting for payroll.
- Collaborate with management on organization design and training development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
- Support performance management processes by providing guidance on best practices for evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by conducting regular audits of HR processes.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- In depth knowledge of processing payroll using ADP Workforcenow.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes is highly desirable.
