Bernie Saxon, President
Joining us in 1997 as our CFO before assuming an increasingly greater role in managing the day to day operations of the company, Bernie is a CPA with public accounting experience. Prior to Barclay he worked for a nationally recognized accounting firm. He graduated from the University of Miami where he was a member of the cross country and track team. He is a resident of PA and has a full family compliment which includes 3 children, 2 of which are twins.
Cassandra Bossen, VP Operations
Cassandra has had extensive experience in customer service and operations before joining Barclay in 2006. Starting as Administrative Manager, Cassandra has grown through her management roles, transitioning to Parts Manager, then to Operations Manager, and finally to VP of Operations. As an integral part of our Management team, she oversees all aspects of our Parts, Service and After Sales areas. Cassandra resides in Middlesex County with her husband and two daughters.
Carolyn Walezak, Director of Customer Relations & Administration
Carolyn began her career with Barclay as a high school student intern and that continued through college. During that time she assisted in virtually every department doing anything that was asked of her. Immediately after graduating from Rutgers University School of Management & Labor Relations with a BA in Labor & Employee Relations she became a full time member at Barclay. Carolyn, along with her team bring a customer service culture to all of our sales and support efforts. She lives with her husband, also a Rutgers graduate, and two sons in South Plainfield, NJ.
Jeanette Adase, Rental Manager
After starting her career with Barclay in 1998, Jeanette spent her time as Rental Coordinator, Service Coordinator, and Service Administrative Supervisor before returning to Rental as Manager in 2013. She understands the business and the importance of Customer Service. Jeanette has one daughter, Ashley who is now a college student. They both love animals and at one point, she and Ashley volunteered at a local Animal Shelter on weekends and had helped at least one Barclay Co-Worker find a new pet!
Gayatri Bhise, HR Manager
Human Resources Manager Gayatri Bhise joined Barclay in 2005 when her son started kindergarten and has a passion for learning new things. She enjoys working with her colleagues at Barclay. Gayatri graduated from Delhi University in India and came to the U.S. in 1997. She loves music, travel and chess where she has played at the National Level. Her motto is “Work hard and face all situations with a smile. Success will follow.”
Justin Chrepta, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Justin started at Barclay in 2017 as a Major Account Manager. A couple of years later he assumed Marketing and Business Development responsibilities. He is very proud of and constantly speaks very highly of his wife and children. They must have something on him. Justin loves to cook, play golf and play guitar in his band. He enjoys his role at Barclay very much and is very adamant about making Barclay #1.
Shan Hiralal, Assistant Parts Manager
Shan Hiralal has joined our Parts team as an ‘Assistant Parts Manager’. Shan has over 10 years of experience in customer service, fleet management, inventory control and warehouse management. Shan started his own auto repair shop, SVD Auto Repair Shop in Piscataway, NJ in 2019. Prior to this, Shan worked at Advance Auto Parts in Englishtown, NJ as an Operations Manager for 6 years. Shan studied Electronics Engineering from Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ. Shan lives with his parents, two brothers and a little puppy Bentley in Piscataway, NJ. In his spare time, Shan likes to work on cars, play basketball and DJ at private parties.
