OSHA Safety Training: Forklift Operator Training courses by Barclay are comprehensive programs to meet your specific needs and ensure you are professionally trained and certified to operate and instruct operators of forklifts.
The following programs are conducted at our South Plainfield Training Facility by an authorized trainer that will ensure consistent and continually up-to-date training. The program includes OSHA and ANSI standards and regulations, safe operating practices, and daily check procedures.
Basic Forklift Operator Safety Program
The Basic Forklift Operation Safety Program includes classroom, operating controls, and basic operating skills evaluation. The classroom session includes all the OSHA/ANSI/ASME training requirements and safety rules. The practical session includes equipment inspection, operating controls, and a brief evaluation of basic operating skills. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion.
Note: All in-house classes are organized for English presentation. Special arrangements can be made for Spanish requirements.

Forklift Train-the-Trainer Program & Training Kit (3-4 Hours)
Designed for persons who are directly or indirectly responsible for developing and/or instructing employee lift truck safety training in their facility. The program allows your company to conduct your own programs at your convenience and savings. Step-by-step instructions on how to prepare, schedule, what to say…plus more. You will receive one complete Basic Operator Training Kit that includes an instructor’s guide, video, participant’s guides and authorization cards. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion.
