Sales & Leasing Coordinator – New Equipment

Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support our sales team and play a key role in our growing business. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and love working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire leasing process â€” from credit approval and quote requests to documentation and funding
  • Coordinate off-lease processing and related administrative tasks
  • Oversee booking, order placement, order tracking, billing, commissions, and customer surveys
  • Process Dock & Door service calls and quoted jobs
  • Manage catalog and racking orders

What We’re Looking For:

  • problem-solver with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent communication skills â€” verbal (especially phone), written, and interpersonal
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy setting
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but equivalent work experience will be considered

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Barclay is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to advance their career with a reputable, industry-leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding past due invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and payment issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and process remote scan transactions
  • Process new customer credit applications and maintain accurate records
  • Handle credit card payments and ensure accurate posting
  • Print daily invoices and organize supporting documentation for mailing
  • Maintain and update notes in Accounting and Outlook systems
  • Support additional accounting functions and departmental objectives as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience (required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Expected Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Additional Pay: Monthly commission opportunities based on AR aging performance

We are seeking experienced forklift technicians who have prior experience repairing forklifts or other industrial equipment. Raymond, Crown, Toyota or other brand experience a plus.  Electric or Diesel Knowledge a plus. $1,000 SIGNING BONUS FOR TECHNICIANS CERTIFIED ON COMPETITIVE EQUIPMENT!  Technicians will respond to customer service calls on location and accurately diagnose and repair customer equipment.  Good communications skills are necessary.  You must be able to perform heavy lifting, and must possess a clean and valid NJ driver’s license.
