- Bachelorโs degree or Minimum 3+ years of industry experience
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
- Exceptional communication (oral and written), strong organizational, and time management skills
- Strong self-motivation who embraces accountability, with a passionate customer-centric attitude
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Mechanical/engineering knowledge or entrepreneurial background is a big plus

SERVICE DISPATCHER
Barclay is seeking a ROCKSTAR to join our Service Dispatch support team. To be the ROCKSTAR we need, you must be willing to go the extra mile, be very detailed and organized, and be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in the daily management of dispatch schedules of 30+ field technicians to customer facilities, factoring in customer requirements, technician experience, type of repair and location.
- Communicate with customers about technician ETAs, keeping open lines of communication to provide updates as necessary.
- Constant management of open jobs, keeping statuses up to date and all jobs organized.
- Service Dispatcher to handle after hours emergency calls from customers.
- Service Dispatcher to resolve customer issues/problems.
- Service Dispatcher should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling & prioritizing multiple tasks at a time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Heavy background in administrative support to dispatch skilled labor.
- Prior experience dispatching mechanics in the heavy equipment industry preferred, or other comparable industry.
- Strong communication, organizational & time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with the ability to work as part of the service team.
- Driven attitude with solid work ethic, and eagerness to take on whatever demands arise.
- We are technology-driven, requiring computer literacy.
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary plus monthly commission and incentives.

We are seeking experienced forklift technicians who have prior experience repairing forklifts or other industrial equipment. Raymond, Crown, Toyota or other brand experience a plus. Electric or Diesel Knowledge a plus. $1,000 SIGNING BONUS FOR TECHNICIANS CERTIFIED ON COMPETITIVE EQUIPMENT! Technicians will respond to customer service calls on location and accurately diagnose and repair customer equipment. Good communications skills are necessary. You must be able to perform heavy lifting, and must possess a clean and valid NJ driver’s license. Top pay, company-paid training, comprehensive benefits package, health, dental, vision, company-paid pension, paid holidays/vacation/benefit time. This is a Union position.
