As warehouse decision makers face challenges involving making the most of space limitations, the industry looks for equipment that can work quickly and efficiently in tighter, narrower spaces. The Yale MR14-25 moving mast reach truck has been named a GOOD DESIGN award winner in the industrial category by the Chicago Athenaeum for its ability to answer those application challenges.
With its heavy-duty mast that provides a lift height of 41 feet at speeds up to 143 feet per minute, the MR14-25 maximizes use of vertical warehouse storage with increased performance, maneuverability and stability and can withstand temperatures as low as 22 degrees F below zero.
The MR14-25 comes with several industry-first capabilities:
- Premium touch-screen display provides constant visibility into operational status and gives operators a choice between 180- and 360-degree steering at the touch of a button
- The “Get Home” action enables the operator to drive the truck to the nearest service station, even after all other functions have come to rest
- Designed for simpler serviceability to reduce downtime
The GOOD DESIGN Awards honor the best talent in design and manufacturing worldwide. This is the third consecutive time Yale has been honored with a GOOD DESIGN award.
