They are supported by our service dispatch and internal support team that handle service calls and prioritize accordingly. 

We are offering customers options like doing required maintenance during off hours with the least amount of people in proximity. The Service Tech can also take the equipment outdoors to perform repairs or we can pick up the equipment and transport it to our service shop where we have a complete staff of certified Technicians. We also are providing customers with a “curbside” replacement parts pick up so they don’t need to enter the building. Clients can order replacement parts either on-line or via phone and our parts team will have order ready for outside pick up.

Ramped-Up Equipment Rentals

Many of our clients are seeing greater workloads as demand for much-needed goods continues to rise. To help them meet these heightened needs, we have increased the number of “rent-ready” short-term equipment rentals ranging from rider pallet jacks, reach trucks, sit down forklifts to aerial scissor lifts. Our rental team can be reached by on-line form fill, e-mail or phone. Just as importantly, all rentals are conducted in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to protect your team members and ours. Our truck drivers will safely deliver the equipment to your facility taking all of the proper precautions.
