Don't Forget Our New Jersey Neighbors
Although summer on the Jersey Shore is fast approaching, many people are still displaced and struggling from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. At Barclay we are continuing to help our fellow neighbors by donating to the Community Food Bank of NJ because they haven’t forgotten. And you can help too!
The Food Bank’s relief efforts continue to help all NJ Residents who were hit hard by the storm. Just April 9th they provided boxes of food, water, fresh produce and household supplies to 400 Bergen County families still suffering in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Supplies were distributed first to 250 families in Little Ferry, then to another 150 families in Moonachie. A total of more than 3,000 homes, rentals units and businesses in the two towns were impacted by the storm, and many of the families were forced from their homes by flooding.
By donating a minimum of $5 we are offering you a FREE Jersey Tough Mug as token of our appreciation and as a reminder of the New Jersey spirit that has lifted us during these challenging times.
