Richard Kraus is a bilingual (Spanish), Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer with 45 years experience in the material handling industry, 10 years specific experience narrow / very narrow aisle equipment. He has industry "expert witness" experience in accident cases.

Forklift_Trainer_Fred_Klinck

Fred Klinck is an Authorized Forklift Trainer with 42+ years experience in the material handling industry. Fred was a forklift technician at Barclay for more than 40 years. He is certified in Electric Trucks, Electric Motor controls, AC Walkie/Rider Certification and AC Reach under the Yale ProTech Training Program. He has been an Authorized Instructor for 2 years.

Howard Schwenzer is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and AIB Certified Food Defense Coordinator. He has over 25 years of experience in warehousing & distribution with heavy concentration in food & beverage and holds a BA in History & Economics from Kean University.

He has directed facilities as large as 300k sq ft and achieved a Superior Rating from AIB on two food safety audits. Howard believes & follows a “Safety First Model.”

Forklift_Trainer_John_McKenzie

John McKenzie is an Authorized Forklift Trainer with 30+ years experience in the material handling industry. John has worked in every area of a forklift dealership starting 30 years ago in Shipping & Receiving. He has been with Barclay for 7 years and an Authorized Instructor for 1 year. He has first hand knowledge of how accidents can happen: many years ago he was on a forklift truck that flipped over. He fortunately was not injured, but the incident was an experience he will never forget. Because of his experience, he is committed to sharing good safety practices in his training programs.
