The TICO PRO Spotter is backed by a 70 year old company that decided over 25 years ago to take a clean sheet of paper approach to design, engineer and build their own terminal tractor after years of operating other competitor’s brands of tractors.

This approach led to many innovative design features and components from a composite cab to the rear air operated bus type doors. These innovations were a direct result of manufacturers who were unable, unwilling or outright refused to incorporate certain requested options in to their existing designs. For the last 25 years TICO has manufactured terminal tractors but strictly for their own use.

TICO continuously improves the product through rigorous in service operations, in port applications from Texas through to Baltimore. With millions of hours of operational experience on thousands of tractors enables TICO to produce the lowest life cycle cost tractor in North America today.
