Barclay Adds Customer Service Representative

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. – April 8, 2011 -- On April 4th, Bill Mondano, a Barclay Parts Associate assumed the role of Customer Service Sales Representative and will be working in conjunction with the New Equipment Account Manager for Somerset, Hunterdon, and Morris counties. He will provide “customer care” to our valued business partners. Bill will assist with customer requests pertaining to forklift service, parts, rental, and OSHA training and audit requirements. He will provide cost analysis for our customer’s forklift fleets in addition to cost projections to better understand the impact on productivity, cost control and ROI (Return on Investment). His top priority will be to provide insight, suggestions, and resources to increase equipment efficiency and cost savings.

Bill started with Barclay Brand Ferdon in 2007 after serving our country as a United States Marine. While stationed in Hawaii, he was deployed to Afghanistan during the years of 2004 and 2006. Military experience, including being a “team leader,” and dedication to a noble cause and extensive travel has made him well rounded and prepared for new challenges. He has a great appreciation for things that many take for
granted.

With his extensive parts and technical knowledge gained during his tenure in our Parts department, he will be a true asset to our customers and our Aftermarket Customer Care team. His wealth of knowledge and dedication will deliver our goal of customer satisfaction. Barclay strongly believes in employee development and recognition. We are very pleased to have him assume this new role in a critical area of our business.
